Our Commitment to you

During Your Wedding We Will Ensure:

• House, Grounds & Lake area are mown, tidy and ready for your day
• Food is cooked, presented & served on the day in a timely fashion
• We are happy to assist in setting up for the day; anyway we can and including picking up of hire gear, returning hire gear and –where required- the tables will be set with knifes, forks, napkins & glasses @ no additional cost

Costs:

• We provide Tables (rectangular), Chairs, Table Cloths (black & white) & Napkins (white) for groups of up to 70 people
• We provide 1 Wine glass, 1 water glass & 1 champagne glass as well as cutlery & crockery for groups of up to 50 people
• We provide the kitchen staff & waitresses for serving food
• We provide for chilling facilities for alcohol for groups of up to 50 guests
• We provide for port-a-loo facilities in case your group is > 30 and < 70 guests

In case your group is larger than 50 people you might still use any of the above and combine it with hire gear at your discretion. You are also free to choose all hire gear which then is all similar.

Any hire gear to be at your cost and might include any of the above as well as chilling facilities for groups > 50 people and / or an extra port-a-loo for groups > 70 people.

Your responsibilities:

• Bar people as required
• Marquee for functions > 70 people (We will supply 2 able bodied men for establishment if so required)
• Provision of musicians or DJ
• Table & all other decorations including flowers
• Photographer
• Transport
